I. System Principle Description
 
By comparing the actual outlet pressure with the set pressure, the pressure reducing valve outputs forward/reverse signals to the stepper motor according to the set program, adjusts the pressure of the return pilot valve, controls the pressure in the upper chamber of the main valve, and drives the main valve disc to lift or lower, so as to control the outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve.
 
II. Valve Opening/Closing and Adjustment Principle
  • Pilot valve fully open, main valve fully open   When the main pipeline is filled with water, open the inlet ball valve. The pilot valve is fully open, there is no pressure in the diaphragm chamber, and the sealing disc is fully opened under water pressure.
  • Pilot valve fully closed, main valve fully closed   When the main pipeline is filled with water, open the inlet ball valve. The pilot valve is fully closed, the pressure in the diaphragm chamber is equal to the main pipeline pressure. Coupled with the weight of the sealing disc assembly, the disc is pressed down tightly and the main pipeline is closed.
  • Pilot valve adjustment, main valve adjustment   When the main pipeline is filled with water, open the inlet ball valve and adjust the pilot valve. The pressure in the diaphragm chamber changes accordingly and balances with the main pipeline pressure, so that the sealing disc is positioned.    Main pipeline pressure P = Inlet pressure P1 − Diaphragm chamber pressure P2 − Disc assembly gravity F
 
III. Remote Operation Interface of IoT Platform
The IoT interface is linked and integrated into the water platform. All valve points of the overall project are displayed as a whole, with real-time inlet and outlet water pressure clearly shown. Clicking on any valve enters its individual operation interface.
